IT Project Manager
|
Reporting to the CFO, the IT Project Manager will be responsible for the following:
- Conduct business process needs analysis, including business process mapping.
- Implement IT projects in partnership with business process leaders.
- Immediately lead the implementation and integration of a Customer Relationship Management system and the service. module of MS Navision Enterprise system.
- Work with the business to optimize the use of MS Navision Materials Resource Planning and Finance modules.
- Create the IT infrastructure and systems deployment roadmap for Sentinelle Medical.
- Evaluate, implement, and manage an IT Helpdesk structure for all employees.
Requirement:
- At least 3years experience in IT Project Management.
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects at the same time.
- Previous process mapping and business process automation experience.
- Team player with high energy and excellent project management skills.
- Understand IT Network hardware requirements.
- Customer service and results orientation.
Desired
- MS Navision experience.
- Experience in a manufacturing and capital equipment business.
